Two Different Services

  • Cash purchases. When Mazza Buys Houses makes a cash offer, it is buying the property for itself as a principal. It is not acting as your real estate agent or broker, and its interests as a buyer are different from yours as a seller.
  • Listing services. Listing your property on the MLS, including the 1% listing-side commission option and flat-fee alternatives, is a real estate brokerage service. It is provided by Aaron Mazza as a licensed real estate professional, through his supervising brokerage, under a separate written listing agreement.

Mazza Buys Houses is a business name used by Aaron Mazza. It is not itself a licensed real estate brokerage.

Compensation
