These SMS Messaging Terms apply to text messages sent by Mazza Buys Houses from (725) 800-8641.

Two Separate Types of Text Messages

We ask for consent to each type of text message separately. Agreeing to one does not sign you up for the other.

  • Informational texts are about your property inquiry, offers you request, and appointments.
  • Marketing texts are recurring promotional messages about cash home purchases and real estate listing services.

How You Opt In

Our cash offer, listing consultation, and contact forms show two separate checkboxes, one for each type of text message. Both are optional and unchecked by default. You can submit a form without selecting either one, and text message consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. We send each type of text message only if you checked its box. The wording shown next to each box is:

Informational texts:

Marketing texts:

“I agree to receive recurring promotional and marketing text messages from Mazza Buys Houses about cash home purchases and real estate listing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.”

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Because both types of messages come from the same phone number, replying STOP opts you out of all text messages from (725) 800-8641, both informational and marketing. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming your request, and no further text messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us using the contact details below.
